A message dated May 5, 2005, was read stating the Senate has passed                                 
CSHB 75(FIN) with the following amendment and it is transmitted for                                 
consideration:                                                                                      
                                                                                                    
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 75(FIN)                                                     
    "An Act relating to the powers and duties of the commissioner of                                
    fish and game, Board of Fisheries, and Board of Game in                                         
    promoting and preserving fishing, hunting, and trapping in the
